EXISTING Event Record or Society Key,  If you need to change an EXISTING Event Record or Society Key, request a customization to your website, or Cancel an Event or Website -Staff, Go to Salesforce 

Outages: Staff, create a Service Desk Incident to report complete website outages. For other issues, where the event site is online but some feature is not functioning correctly, staff, create an Event Support Request Case with as much detail as possible. Please do not upload screenshots into Salesforce - an agent will reach out to you if they need further details of screenhot, but try to add as many steps as you can into the case so we can ty to replicate the problem for thorough research to be completed. Thanks!

Request Website Event Management Center (EMC) Access Request - this access allows you to customize, manage and promote your event website.  Access cannot be requested on behalf of someone else. DO NOT USE this form if you currently have POC Access and/or requesting POC Access. POC access is requested via Event Support Request Case and can only be granted to specially trained and approved staff members. 

Website Email Campaign Request  - staff, please allow at least 10 business days for turn around!

Salesforce Exports, Mailing Lists and Website Report Requests - keep in mind, various website and participant reports are found in the Event Management Center (EMC). If those do not meet your needs staff can request a custom or specialty report. 

Square Reader Requests- Activate and set up your Square Reader to the appropriate Society Key, or request transaction reports here. For other square questions, reach out to maildonations@cancer.org
