Outlook Shared Mailboxes function similiar to an employee's account with full permissions to the Oulook folders. Members of a group with access to a Shared Mailbox, can work with Mail Folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and custom folders), calendar Contracts, Tasks and Notes of the shared account. With full permissions group members can read, modify, delete, and send on behalf of the Shared Mailbox account.
