Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. The new platform will be fully available on May 20.

SMS Texting

Sending outgoing text messages to your event participants for all fundraising events is available. Each event is assigned a unique Textword, and Participants can opt into receiving SMS Text Messages by sending that Textword to the number 877-695-0095. We have an enterprise-level contract with SlickText (our SMS Texting vendor), so there’s no charge for your events to use this service. Your Society Key Codes are used as unique identifiers for your events.

All SlickText requests will be reviewed and completed on Fridays in the order in which they are received.
