Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. The new platform will be fully available on May 20.

If you have an innovative idea or business need that cannot be accomplished alone or within your own department, this is the place to take that idea. Fill out the from linked below to submit new business ideas and requests for project work that require resources, planning, and execution support from departments other than your own. This takes away the often time-consuming guesswork involved in determining which departments need to be looped in to deliver a project successfully. The process ensures our resources will be properly allocated to achieve our mission.

Be sure your department can cover costs and there is executive awareness.

  • Potential impact to other departments
  • New priority outside of annual planning cycle
  • Data (ex. donor data) and/or credit card processing
  • Consult from legal/security/privacy
  • Digital Solutions, Digital Products, Marcom, etc. resources
  • ACS systems involvement
