Using the instructional links below, please open an event support Case on behalf of the volunteer under the event record in Salesforce.
Include the volunteer name, email address and the name of the Greater Giving project. Make sure to upload the volunteer’s signed Volunteer Confidentiality form to the volunteers contact record in Salesforce prior to requesting their access.

Setting Up Your Website
For project setup, follow the instructions linked below. Be sure to add to chatter and indicate that you need a Greater Giving Project setup. Do this even if you will now be utilizing Greater Giving’s public facing website.
