Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. The new platform will be fully available on May 20.

Hardware or equipment that accompanies your computer, such as a mouse, keyboard, or monitor, can be purchased using ACS Marketplace. Please visit the ACS Marketplace page on Society Source or see your manager for more details. Training and account activation is required to access ACS Marketplace.

Once in ACS Marketplace, use the search bar to find what you need. Specific catalogs are available to search also; CDW and Staples are recommended for computer hardware. Individual catalog icons are located in the “Supplier Catalogs” section.

If you can’t find what you need, go to the Forms dropdown in the upper right corner. Choose IT Hardware Request. Fill out and submit the form. The Digital Solutions Endpoint team receives and reviews all requests.
