For the deletion of a sent email from ACS inboxes for reasons such as privacy, incorrect recipients, or high-risk content, please follow the two-step process below. Mistakes happen, yet we urge you to be cautious and avoid scenarios requiring revocation. Please check your email before hitting “Send.”

Request Outlook and/or OneDrive access
In the case of separation of an employee, the appropriate People Leader will receive an email with instructions how to access the employee’s Outlook and OneDrive.
The People Team may submit a generic request via the Service Desk on behalf of a People Leader to gain access to an employee’s Outlook or OneDrive. For security, privacy and compliance, individual requests for access to an employee’s email or OneDrive will only be fulfilled when requested by the People Team or the Legal Team.
