Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. The new platform will be fully available on May 20.

  • If the event site is online, but some feature is not functioning correctly, create an Event Support Request Case. Please provide as much detail as possible, including event name and URL, browser type, device type, any error message received, etc.
  • Employees can submit an Online Revenue Consult Request for a fundraising digital solution. Whether it’s a brand new idea or existing event to elevate, the request requires assistance in selecting the right digital tools.

Participant and Donor Support

Participants and donors can call 1-800-227-2345 or chat on cancer.org for assistance with any of our event websites from 7 AM – 7 PM CST, 7 days a week.
