- If the event site is online, but some feature is not functioning correctly, create an Event Support Request Case. Please provide as much detail as possible, including event name and URL, browser type, device type, any error message received, etc.
- Employees can submit an Online Revenue Consult Request for a fundraising digital solution. Whether it’s a brand new idea or existing event to elevate, the request requires assistance in selecting the right digital tools.

Participants and donors can call 1-800-227-2345 or chat on cancer.org for assistance with any of our event websites from 7 AM – 7 PM CST, 7 days a week.
