Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. Created for employees, “How to Log a Donor and Participant Support Request Case QRG” will assist in submitting a request for a mailed or electronic tribute card on behalf on the donor.
