GiveSmart iPad Rentals (an event direct expense)

GiveSmart Fello is our vendor for iPad and credit card readers. Click the above link to order for an event.  iPads are easy to use to check guests in, swipe credit cards, and manage the day of event activities.  For event check-in and check-out, the GiveSmart app only works with iPads.  You are welcome to have a laptop behind the scene to manage the event although you are not able to swipe credit cards on a laptop.  

Ordering Reminders
Order your event equipment as early as possible. We recommend three months ahead of the ‘need by’ date. The minimum time is six weeks before the ‘need by’ date.

Order count: order one iPad per 75 guests plus 1-2 extra for troubleshooting and other needs that arise.  Use this rule of thumb for registration stations as well.

iPad rentals from GiveSmart.Fello.com include LTE data-enabled, credit card swiper, and the GiveSmart app.  Fello provides iPad Airs and iPad Minis.  

GiveSmart app is not laptop accessible.  

Select damage and theft Insurance.

Equipment must be delivered to UPS on the last day of rental date (label provided) unless other arrangements have been made.  Fees occur if you ship back late.

Payment is made at the time of your order with a P-card on GiveSmart.Fello.com. The order should include: iPad bundle, damage and theft insurance, LTE data, and shipping.
