Microsoft Intune

Microsoft Intune is the mobile device management (MDM) platform used at ACS. By enrolling in Intune, you will be able to access Microsoft 365 apps and your ACS data through your mobile device.

The first step to enroll in Intune is to sign the Mobile Access Agreement.

Did You Know? If you don’t see your ACS calendar in your Apple calendar: Settings > Calendar > Accounts > ACS Work Account > Re-enter Password.

iOS Outlook Notifications–Turn on or off notification as it suits your needs.
Email Signature–Your email signature can look exactly the same coming from your mobile device as it does from your desktop.
Viewing Contacts
iOS Managing Contacts— See your contacts in the native app.
iOS Adding iCloud Account–See your iCloud account along with your ACS Outlook account.

Apps used at ACS installed on a mobile device from the Company Portal using Intune (a mobile device management software) are managed apps. These work apps are regulated and secured by Digital Solutions at ACS.
