NOTES
If you have your email configured on an iOS or Android device, you will want to update your saved password as soon as possible to prevent any account lockouts.
If you change your password and then find that you are unable to access a particular service, wait a few minutes and try again. Your password change is synchronized to several systems, and it may take some time for your password change to be processed.
You can use any internet connected device previously registered with Okta Verify to change your password.
When you change your Okta password, it synchronizes with your Active Directory (AD) password. Meaning your Microsoft and network/Windows passwords are all updated simultaneously.
If your account has been disabled or has expired, please contact the Service Desk.
