Important Service Desk Update: The Service Desk is preparing for reimplementation. If you have an open ticket, please respond before May 17 – open tickets will not be transferred. On May 18 & 19, no tickets may be submitted by self-service, nor will the Service Desk create a ticket by phone or chat. The Service Desk will be available by phone at 877-243-5753 for support. The new platform will be fully available on May 20.

If you need to connect a printer to your ACS computer or have other questions, please see the information that follows.

Install an ACS Network Printer

Printers.cancer.org will connect you to the appropriate office printer. Find your location and click through each corresponding folder.

Install your ACS HP Desktop Printer

At this moment, ACS deploys HP Desktop Printers to primarily home-workers. Use the HP Website to locate the drivers for your model printer. Then download and install the current drivers for your printer (be sure to enter the correct model type for searching ie: Officejet 6925.)
